The Chatham County Clerk of Superior Court Clerk's office is proud to announce mandatory UCC eFiling becomes effective January 1, 2022.
In an effort to provide ease and convenience, the Chatham
County Clerk of Superior Court Clerk's office, in conjunction
with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority,
has developed an online electronic filing portal. Go to
https://efile.gsccca.org, register and begin filing electronically.

Clerk's office continues to explore and implement new ways to
improve services delivered to the citizens of Chatham County.

Effective January 1, 2017, all plats filed in Georgia must be filed electronically (OCGA 15-6-67). In order to efile plat documents in Georgia you must register online. Any questions should be addressed to GSCCCA at (800) 304-5174.
