• Transfer Tax and Intangible Tax Collection
• Lien Recording
• Armed Services Discharge Recording
• Trade Name Registration
• Regular and Certified copies of real estate and court records.

This office is equipped with public access computers for (e-filing) viewing and printing of property and court records. All civil/domestic filings are filed online via EfileGA

The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, and closed for holidays recognized by Chatham County.
